2 slices soft brown bread (white if you like)
1 chicken breast
3 rations streaky bacon
1 small gem lettuce
1 vine tomato (sliced)
2 slice of smoky cheddar
40ml Chinese sauce (more if you like)
4g Soft Butter (optional)
Place the chicken into a hot frying pan, lightly brown both sides and then place it into the oven for 12 mins, until cooked all the way through.
Put it on the side and leave to cool down a little before slicing (but do not let it go cold).
Grill the bacon until crispy.
Toast the bread, spread the butter evenly on the toast, place the sliced chicken on top, then pour a good amount of Chinese sauce over it.
Now the bacon then the lettuce, tomato, salt, and pepper. The slice of smoky cheddar and then some more of the Chinese sauce.
Place the last piece of toast on top, press down gently but firmly, this will make sure all the ingredients stay in position when you slice the sandwich.
Slice the sandwich twice diagonally to make four triangles, place them on their ends and serve.
