Pan fried spicy salmon, soy, honey

This recipe is one of my favorites, it locks all of the flavour of the salmon into the sauce, zero waste, so tasty, 😋


  • 2portions Salmon fillets

  • 40g Spring onions

  • 1 clove Garlic (sliced)

  • 10 Cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 4 tsp Mélines chilli sauce

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

  • Chopped basil


Spread one teaspoon of Chilli sauce evenly over each piece of salmon then place them straight into a hot frying pan.

Pan fry until almost cooked, once they are at this stage you can now add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and spring onion.

Cook for another 4 mins, take off the heat but leave them in the pan.

Put all the other ingredients onto the salmon in the pan, if you like you can add an extra teaspoon of Chilli sauce at this point as well.

Place the salmon on a plate and now sauce them with the amazing sauce you’ve just made in the pan.
