Mulled wine spices with hints of Sichuan pepper, hibiscus and ginger make a delightful warm winter drink, the perfect way to cheer up those long winter nights.
The spices are perfectly weighted out for 1 whole bottle of wine, in a plastic-free tea bag for extra ese. (nonplastic tea bag made from plant cellulose)
Recipe
Pour a bottle of red wine into a saucepan add Méline’s spice bag,
45g of sugar and then bring to a simmer.
Take straight off the heat, leave to infuse for 20 mins.
Now your wine is ready to enjoy.
For the wine, I recommend "Cabernet Sauvignon" "Merlot" or any rich full-bodied red wine.
